Our functional lab testing goes beyond the standard panel, exploring a wide range of biomarkers that provide valuable insights into your body's unique needs. From hormone levels to imbalanced gut microbiome and nutrient deficiencies, these comprehensive assessments empower us to craft tailored solutions that address the underlying issues, rather than merely treating the symptoms.

This is a one time investment. Forms will be directly emailed to you to be filled out before your first visit. It is best if these forms are filled out at-least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Our registered nurse will review health history, symptoms, environmental factors, diet, lifestyle, spiritual & emotional well-being.etc. This will help our nurse practitioner determine specific labs and functional testing needed. You will meet with our nurse practitioner after testing comes back and she will review your detailed personalized care plan with you! A $200 deposit is due at booking.

These follow ups will be conducted by our nurse practitioner and utilized when reviewing lab work, functional testing results and in depth questions.

In these visits, our experienced registered nurse will guide you through the foundational principles of functional medicine. You'll learn about your body's unique needs, ranging from nutrition and sleep to stress management and movement. Through personalized guidance and practical tools, we’ll explore how small, consistent changes can create significant outcomes.
Our practice does not accept insurance.
The pricing above does not include the cost of additional lab testing. Some blood work we order can be run through your insurance. We will always be transparent about the additional costs related to functional testing.
We DO accept HSA for our appointments and functional labs.
